Terms and Conditions – PUZZLE CONTEST – GRAND SUMMER CONTEST
ARTICLE 1: GAME ORGANISER
PW France, a company with a share capital of €349,652, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 602 046 864, with its registered office at 2 rue des Martinets, 92500 Rueil Malmaison (hereinafter referred to as the "Organising Company" or the "Company"), is organising a -give-away contest with no purchase necessary , called the "SUMMER GAME SPECIAL" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), from August 6, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (UTC+1 / London time), inclusive. The terms and conditions of the Game define the rights and obligations of the Organising Company and the participants in the Game (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").
This Game is designed to comply with the Gambling Act 2005, ensuring it is a skill-based competition that not constitute an unlawful lottery.
Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of the entirety of these Rules by the participants.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") must (i) be at least 18 years old, (ii) reside in the United Kingdom, and (iii) have a valid email address.
Participation in the Game is limited to one entry per person (same last name, first name, postal address) and per email address.
Employees of the Organising Company or any of its subsidiaries, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the conception, execution, or management of the Game, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to participate. The Organising Company has the right to ask Participants to prove that they meet the conditions of participation.
If a winner is found not to meet the conditions of participation, the Organising Company has the right to award the Prize to another Participant and/or demand that the Prize already awarded be returned.
Any Participant taking part or attempting to take part in the Game in violation of these Rules or engaging any unfair or unlawful behaviour in regards to other participants (including but not limited to interfering with the organisation of the Game, cheating, hacking, deceiving, or resorting to any other unfair or harmful practice a that could affect any other participant, the Organiser and/or any of its agents or representatives, using robots or any other similar process allowing the Game to be played mechanically or otherwise) may be excluded from the Game.

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The Game is accessible on the website www.playtex.co.uk from August 6, 2025, at midnight until August 31, 2025, at midnight (UTC+1 / London time). It will be promoted via a Newsletter, on the Organising Company's social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) and on the following website www.playtex.co.uk .
ARTICLE 4: GAME MECHANICS
To participate in the Game, the Participant must, during the Game period:
(i) Click on a banner on the homepage of www.Playtex.co.uk or on a link published by the Organising Company on social media or on a link sent to subscribed customers via a newsletter from the Organising Company. These links will redirect the Participant to the Game page on the website; (ii) Accept the Rules and check the box certifying that the Participant is not a robot; (iii) Entirely and correctly complete the registration form and provide the mandatory information requested, namely: Last Name, First Name, Email, for their registration to be validated. The Participant is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form serves as proof of their identity. (iv) Successfully complete the puzzle as follows: the puzzle represents a Playtex brand image, and the Participant must drag the pieces to the correct location to reconstruct the original Playtex image. The Participant simply clicks the parts of the image they wish to move (horizontally, vertically, diagonally) and then clicks on the location where they wish to place the piece. The ability to successfully complete the puzzle demonstrates skill and is a prerequisite for entry into the draw. Only participants who successfully complete the puzzle will be eligible for the prize draw.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZES
The Game awards the prizes listed below, which will be given to the winners selected by drawing lots (as described in Article 6 below):

These vouchers are exclusively redeemable on thewww.playtex.co.uk website Participants should note that these vouchers are in Pounds (GBP) and will be applied to purchases made on the Playtex UK website.
Only one Prize will be awarded per winner.
The vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the day the prize is won and only on the website www.playtex.co.uk. The vouchers will not apply to delivery charges.
ARTICLE 6: DRAWING OF THE PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION CRITERIA
A drawing of the prizes will be carried out at the end of the Game by the Organising Company via a software used on the Qualifio platform. This draw will determine 6 winners from all Participants who have successfully completed the puzzle (as per Article 4) and have met the other conditions of participation defined in these Rules. Qualifio will randomly select the winners from the list of eligible participants. The draw will be conducted impartially. The allocation of Prizes will also be carried out randomly by the Qualifio platform among the selected Participants.
The primary method of selection for entry into the draw is based on the Participant's skill in completing the puzzle. The prize draw serves as a secondary, random selection method among those who have demonstrated the required skill.
ARTICLE 7: NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
Within ten days of the draw, the winner will be notified by email at the email address provided during their Game registration.
The Organising Company cannot be held responsible in any way for the loss or hacking of Prizes.
Each Prize offered is personal and cannot be awarded to another person. Each Prize is non-exchangeable, cannot be refunded in cash, nor can it be exchanged for any consideration of any kind, and is non-transferable.
The Organising Company cannot be held responsible if the data provided by the winner proves to be false and/or erroneous.
ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY
The Organising Company cannot be held liable for any malfunctions that may affect the Internet network, for any technical problems or issues related to a specific browser, or for the hacking of the Participant's email address.
The Organising Company will make its best efforts, withoutproviding a guarantee , to ensure that the website and the Game function without interruption and that they do not contain any technicalerrors.
Similarly, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage caused to Participants, their computer equipment, and the data stored therein.
The Organising Company reserves the right to stop, suspend, , extend, postpone, or modify the Game:
(i) In the event of a force majeure event, such as a virus, computer bug, or any other event meeting the conditions of force majeure (as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code),
(ii) In cases where, for any reason, the computer system awards prizes not provided for in these Rules. In such cases, messages informing Participants of a win will be considered null and void.
If the winner's contact details are incorrect, unusable, or if the winner cannot be identified by their name, address, or phone number, it is not the responsibility of the Organising Company to conduct further research to find the winner, who will therefore receive neither their prize nor any compensation or indemnity.
The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect incidents or accidents that the winner may suffer during the use and/or enjoyment of the prize.
ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By participating in the Game, Participants agree to grant the Organising Company the limited and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, represent, and distribute their Participations, in connection with the Game, on the following media:
The Participations will not be deleted from the Organising Company's Instagram and Facebook accounts and will remain visible there after this six (6) month period.
ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA
In the context of the Game, winners communicate to the Organising Company personal data concerning them, their last name, first name, and email (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").
The Data Controller for personal data is the Organising Company.

By providing the Organising Company with this Personal Data as part of their participation in the Game, the participant expressly accepts that it be collected, recorded, used, and processed by computer, under the conditions defined below. The processing is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This Personal Data is intended for the Organising Company and its technical service providers for the purpose of organising the Game within the framework of these Rules and awarding the Prizes. Personal Data will not be transferred to entities other than those mentioned in this paragraph. Technical service providers undertake to destroy the collected data three months after the draw.

In accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, the Participant has the following rights regarding their Personal Data:
The Participant can exercise each of these rights at any time by simple written request addressed to the Data Protection Officer at the email address: DBI.privacy@DIM.com, or at the postal address PW France, 2 rue des martinets, 92500 RUEIL MALMAISON. The request must be accompanied by any means to justify the identity of the person concerned and indicate their last name, first name, and email or postal address. The Organising Company may, at any time, request the strictly necessary additional information to confirm the identity of the applicant.
The Personal Data collected is essential for participating in the Game Participants who exercise their right to deletion and erasure of the Personal Data concerning them before the closing of the Game implicitly waive their participation given the necessity of these data for the operation of the proper functioning of the game.
The Participant can, in any case, object, without cause, to their personal data being used for direct marketing purposes.
ARTICLE 11: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Rules are governed by French law Any disputes or claims related to the Game or these Rules fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent Frenchcourts.
